"My parents bought lots at the church cemetery several years ago. My father passed away 28 December 2023 and was buried in his lot .... we think. We have tried unsuccessfully for months to get assistance from the church confirming the lot location. Impossible to get help. I am trying to orchestrate an appointment for my mother to meet with someone to review the lots / deed. I'm in Texas, she is elderly, hearing impaired and in Ohio. Staff is simply not responsive."

"Family used to attend this church a while ago with Pastor Green, it was a really amazing community but we moved @400 miles away and couldn’t attend. We moved back to the area about 5 years later and started attending again - my mother tried to be as involved as possible but since she and my father run a business together her time was very limited. Couple years later she and my sister wanted to have my sisters wedding there because we have so much history, memories and time spent there. However, my mother was declined from having the ceremony there because they didn’t have any record of her being involved in the church for about @6 months and considered her inactive. My mom wasn’t involved because my dad had cancer during that time, and running their business and homeschooling my younger siblings, etc. They simply did not care and continued to decline her request. Didn’t even offer to help my mom in any manner because “She wasn’t active”. That’s inexcusable behavior and something any new members should consider before attending - If you go inactive for literally any reason, you’re not one of them anymore. There are good people that are part of this church still but this interaction my mother had with them has forever changed mine and my family’s mind about this church."
