"Dropped in without an appointment on a Saturday. To my surprise, I was able to get in quickly. I had a great massage for 60 minutes. Very professional and thorough with good pressure. These negative reviews seem very far off base from my experience. It’s true that English skills are not great, but still quite manageable. UPDATE. Since my review last year, I’ve gone to Bliss several times. My wife goes to her as well. Service is always great. Prices are very good and we rarely have an issue getting an appointment."

"Very poor communication. I requested a booking, received an email stating that I would be contacted, and was never contacted. I called day of to see if my booking had gone through & they said it did, but they could not perform the service, and did not let me know whatsoever."
"I called to make an appointment in advance and informed them I would be using a Groupon. I showed up for my appointment 3 days later with that paid Groupon (that doesn’t expire until August 28) like stated on the phone but was told they wouldn’t honor it because “new boss.” Very poor customer service."
