"I learned a few things here. I learned that bleaching hair is an exothermal process, which means it gets hot during processing. The stylist didn't need to put foils at the roots and didn't need to put me under an overhead dryer. Since these things were done and I didn't know any better I got burned. I couldn't get a straight answer on how to repair the damage and my hair and scalp has been a trainwreck ever since. Between this, having almost all my appointments pushed back on by the stylist (which made me feel like my business wasn't as important as other clients), and some of the things said here, clients beware. PS, clean your overhead dryers."

"I made an appointment at Diva's Hair for my 92 year old Grandmother after seeing many positive reviews. My Grandmother is currently living at Masternick Memorial Nursing Home down the street from the salon. She really wanted to get a perm so I called to make an appointment with the owner of the salon, Lisa. I drive from Pittsburgh, so Lisa was extremely accomadating in fitting my Grandma into her schedule within the next few days. Lisa was so lovely and kind while my Grandma was getting her hair done as she assisted with getting her in and out of her wheelchair. Both my Grandma and I were very pleased with the perm and cut. Lisa even showed my Grandma some tips on how she could do her hair after it is washed. My Grandma left feeling like a million bucks. We could not have been happier. I definitely recommend this salon and Lisa!"
