"This location is the worst of the worst. We rented a van for a family vacation that had completely bald tires and body damage that was not roadworthy. Had to drive to the airport to exchange for another van that also had bald tires. Then, upon return, they said it wasn't clean and threatened to charge a “cleaning fee”. This was a 3 year old van with over 60k miles. We brought it back as clean as it was when we rented it. The employee then got belligerent with my wife and I and I had to ask him to back up as he was in my personal space. Something is just not right with this operation. Won’t be back."
"Worst car rental experience ever! I would not use Sharonville Avis. The car I received was dirty and smelled terrible of cigarettes and even had a thick film of smoke on the windows. There was a sticker on the window stating $450 fine for smoking so i called and reported the issues right away and received a case number. When I returned the car 10 days later, to a very rude man working for Avis, I was told I would be charged for sand on the car mats. I tried to explain that the car was dirty upon pick up and i had a case number but he wasn’t having it. This man made me feel so uncomfortable raising his voice at me and calling me a liar that i was afraid to go back to confront him. Avis charged me an additional $450 for sand in the vehicle! I called and talked to several different people at Avis and the charge was not reversed. I was told i would have to go back to Sharonville Avis to dispute the charges. I eventually went through my credit card provider and disputed it and finally received my $450 back."
"We rented a Jeep grand Cherokee for our Florida trip. The two gentlemen greeted us at the door. They were so friendly and helpful. They made renting a car a fun and enjoyable experience. The vehicle is in excellent condition and we couldn't be happier with our experience with Avis in Sharonville, OH."
"Is there a way to do negative 5 stars? I book online was told that my mid-sized car would be here it was not was then told it's $80 to upgrade to an SUV that that's all that they have I then call Avis corporate they let me know that they would reimburse me the $80. When I left I was on the phone with my wife expressing my anger and the store clerk took that personal I guess as I walked out the door while waiting to call Avis and talk to them when I came back in I was basically refused service was told that all of their cars were now booked although no cars have gone out since I've been here for the last hour trying to take care of this and I'm now being sent by corporate Avis who would also have been the ones refunding the $80 not this place they didn't want to take a hit as what they explained to me rudely and then told me that everything was booked but I'm now going to the Avis on Montgomery Road which is not only waiting for me they have the car available and waiting for me and was profusely sorry for the absolute unprofessionalism that this location has demonstrated while representing Avis Car Company as a whole which they severely failed to do in a reasonable manner according to one of the superior higher-ups that was talked to on the phone I'm sure that they will be leaving a response but when I tell you they have zero compassion and zero care about the way they treat their customers it's the truth their reviews obviously reflect that considering they have less than 2.6 Stars I think that right there speaks for itself I have also taken an attached photos that show just how many cars are actually available on site here"
