"Went in for a balance ,alinement,oil change,and 1 tire pressure sensor. Left with fingerprints all over my car, they didn't even reset oil. Tour up one tire, causing me to have to buy new and replace 3 tire sensors that worked fine until they got done with it. They cost ne an extra 600 dollars for 1 of 2 reasons . 1 their crooks or incompetent. Pick your whichever."

"Damaged a brand new set of coil overs and a camber plate during an alignment and corner balance. And didn't even say anything, I'm glad I reviewed the car right after! Charged for 5.5 hours of labor for an alignment and corner balance. Seems steep... To add insult to injury they insulted my car, implying the modifications were a waste of time and money because the car was too heavy, and my age being young and stupid (early 30s). How unprofessional!"
