"We paid for the Platinum package which was supposed to include end to end cleaning, interior clean/shampoo, exterior wash, correction wax & buff, and engine bay cleaning and dressing. What we received was mediocre/underwhelming at best. While the front interior was thoroughly vacuumed and the spot on the passenger side seat removed, the back seat had a ring of dirt where a vacuum appeared to have sat. The interior windshield had a haze that was visible driving into the evening rush hour sun. The side windows were cleaned but there was still dirt in all the corners. The wheels were spectacularly cleaned but the dressing was spattered. Fingernail marks remained in all the door handle wells. The engine wasn't even touched. There were bits of leaves and grease everywhere. See photos The most disturbing thing was I think my gas may have been siphoned. When I dropped of my car on Thursday, I had 1/3 of a tank of gas, but when I picked it up, it was on empty. This is not the first time this has happened. I had another car that I had fully detailed, that was dropped off with almost 3/4 tank of gas and when it was picked up it had less than 1/4 tank of gas. For For $270 (times 2) and about roughly 1 tank of gas, I think I will take my business elsewhere."
