"I've never been a fan of the chili here, but I'm glad they got smart and expanded their menu. It is smaller than I expected, but in this day and age it's expected. I took my Dad to lunch and got a double Decker. Almost as good as I remembered."

"Manager is extremely rude and has no customer service skills at all. Food was definitely not up to par especially considering the way the manager talked to and treated me. This was my 1st visit and most likely my last. Spent over $40 dollars to be completely disappointed not to mention the food not being right, just plain terrible! I do not recommend."

"Disgusting! Ordered 2 chili cheese with/ from the drive thru. What i got was a sloppy disgusting mess that couldn’t be eaten by hand, and no silverware was provided. Place would have been better to stay closed after the fire. The food i received should be criminal….that bad!"

"This is the second time I went through the drive through this week and both times the same drive thru cashier was working. Both times after paying for the food the cashier asked me what I ordered. Both times it took 12 to 15 minutes to get cheese coneys. Noone in front of me, the food obviously ready and sitting on the counter! If the good was not as tasty as it is I would not come back! Fix that cashier please?"

"My goodness, where to start... First off, a kudos to the one server who was trying to hold everything together yesterday. From what I could tell, the entire time we were there, she did nothing but try to help the other server. Who happened to be our server... *sigh* What a cluster... We gave her our order and she seemed to struggle from the get go. When she brought out our food, it was wrong. It belonged to the table next to us. They came in several minutes after we placed our order. When she brought out our food again, it was literally the same order that she just tried to give us. Same everything. But it didn't belong to anyone this time. The THIRD time she brought food, it was mostly what we ordered and we took it because we were both over our lunch breaks and it was at least close to what we wanted. It was also completely cold because it had been ready for about 20 minutes or so. The cheese wasn't even melted on the chili cheese fries anymore. It had re-congealed. Mmm. When we got our bill, she didn't ring anything up correctly, so THAT needed to be redone. A manager tried to show her, but she was looking at her phone. So, I'm sure that teachable moment was a loss. Long story short, if you go to this location and get a server with extremely decorated nails and a totally disinterested look on her face, go eat someplace else. It's not going to be a pleasant experience."
