"Cincinnati, Ohio. Great if it’s raining because it’s covered. Issues with the payment kiosks are still there. Lots of spaces, about $6 for 2 hours, convenient to great restaurants! Usually you pay at the kiosk by the elevators but the kiosks aren’t working. The sign at the kiosk says pay when you exit. Not enough signs for how to exit and pay. The signs tell you not to exit exactly where you are supposed to exit. So this lady was venting shrilly at the parking staff in the basement. He was nice enough to physically go upstairs and show her where to exit. To exit and pay you go through the lane that looks like an entrance lane and insert your ticket in the machine near the arm. We commiserated with him about the screaming person who wouldn’t stop to hear him. He smiled and told us it’s a confusing lot."

"I drove into garage and parked my car. Wow what an experience. Never seen a garage quite like this. All the spots, colors, different types of cars. Truly a sight to see. Don’t miss out Get there and park"

"Called to check prices and tried to pay over the phone. Was told that it's only $7 after 4pm. We'll I went and parked and when I went to leave they said it was $20 bc of an event after I had already called and asked."

"I pay for monthly parking passes and get NOTHING for the amount I pay. The entrance and exit gates are always having issues. Someone used the bathroom in the elevator and it took an entire week for it to be cleaned up. Homeless people sit on the stairs doing drugs. During FC games the garage fills up and I have to park on the roof even though I’m a monthly pass holder. They market the garage as safe but there is no security and apparently half of the cameras don’t work. Save your money and peace of mind and park somewhere else."

"There is no security for this garage despite multiple security cameras. My husband and I went down on a Saturday afternoon/early Evening spent $200+ on food and drinks in the area and our car still was broken into. This is not the area in general you want to spend your money folks. Trust me from hard working individuals to others go somewhere else where your time and money are valued. People all loitering all over the streets doing drugs in front of your eyes and nothing is being done even though “cops” are on the streets."
