"This garage is so poorly run, I’m starting to think my toddler nephew could do a better job. Especially, ESPECIALLY, during events. It baffles me that for a spot that sees so much traffic for these things, that EVERY time, you will run into issues and delays and just sheer stupidity. I live in the building on top of it, and 12/10 times I can’t even get to my parking spot. They block off half the garage, god knows why, they close off entrances, also god knows why, and they close off exits after games, so you are GUARANTEED to get stuck for over an hour just trying to leave! The ticket booths are constantly breaking down, the people who run them are rude or misinformed, and the guys who do come to maintain the ticket consoles come at THE MOST inopportune times (I.e. right as people are trying to leave for work). I didn’t realize it took a PhD to run a parking garage, but evidently it does because clearly it takes more than 3 brain cells to park cars, but what do I know. Find ANYWHERE else to park. It’s faster to get to, easier to exit, and you won’t be waiting forever trying to get in or out. If I could give this dumpster fire a zero I would, but that’s not possible, so I’m giving it a 1. For the love of god, DOOOOOOO BETTTER!"
"My friend used the restroom next to a Kia Soul in this garage. Very discreet, plenty of drains on the floor, everyone here just minds their own business. Four stars."
"Used this garage for Bengals game, being handicapped makes long walks stink, but the gentleman at gate directed us to where the walk in garage would be minimal, and easiest! Easy in and out..only gave 4 stars because parking was jacked to 20$ for game. ( Guess I should be happier because the handicapped parking alittle closer was 40$.)"
