"Everything was dry. The slice of red velvet cake was somehow soggy & dry like they tried to freeze it and remoisten it, it was disgusting. The Oreo cupcake was bone dry. The vegan chocolate chip cookie was dry and had a weird taste. Not even trying to be mean but what I received was diabolical. Even Little Debbie snack 1 day away from expiring had more moisture than their baked stuff."

"Love small businesses. Not locals and wanted something sweet, great choice. The lady who checked us out was very nice and has very good goals! She has amazing Taylor Swift art on the walls and the pastries are delicious! I feel like I made a friend tonight! :) I hope she remains successful!"

"So I just placed an order tonight. They sent me the wrong cake and then told me to call Uber (like it's their fault). Second, the cake looks like someone ate some of it. I don't know about you but I don't eat after ppl. Third, I called the store and the manager (Brandy) is no help.... pretty much she got tired of talking to me and hung up on me (who hangs up on a customer when you are the one that made the mistake)....So I called back and Barry answered said "we are so busy, but I'm taking the time to talk to you." The place has the worst customer service of all time I swear... Please, enjoy that $10 dollars because this place will never get another dime from me!!!!"
