"I would give this place a zero if I could. They basically held me hostage in here and wouldn’t let me leave the garage after I had been charged triple the amount because it kept charging my card bc there screen was frozen. The guard was extremely rude, who came down to help me and took my credit card out of my hand and proceeded to charge me for a third time after I had showed him my bank statement of me already getting charged two times. you guys really need some better customer service because accusing someone of lying and keeping them hostage in your garage is unacceptable. Took about 30 mins to eventually get out and got no refund."

"The location and general construction and function of the garage was good, but their security was lacking. When I visited the garage on a couple of days between 12/26/2021 and 1/2/2022, there were a lot of vehicles on the third floor with smashed windows and slashed tires, and no doubt other damage as well. In this day and age, there is no excuse for this lack of security."

"Do. Not. Park. Here. I live at USquare so the garage is connected to my building. Every weekend since August, 3 cars have been broken into which now makes about 30-40 cars. We had asked the staff what they could do & they said they would take preventive measures for next semester. I went on the 26th to move my room around & the next day it was broken into. Nothing was showing in my car but they didn’t care. Clearly nothing was added & for $107 a month, it’s a rip off to not have my car protected. They blamed the high/middle school kids not having bussing but it was during christmas break & it’s always at night where school isn’t in session??? the officer told me ONE of the guys was arrested last week for breaking into 40 cars but clearly there are a lot more out there. don’t park here especially on the weekends & at night."

"Going to UC game tonight. Sign said "Event Parking $20". We pulled into the entrance.We were blocked by a bar. I pushed the button and the message said full. I had several cars blocking me from behind. I pushed the phone button to speak to someone. That Someone was exceptionally rude. It was hard to understand him but..He told me that I should not have pulled it. How was I to know it was full? He would not open the bar to let me pull through, would not come and help me out, just yelled that he would not help me.So my wife got out and asked the cars behind me to back up. Your garage person was not much of a man. Do not park here if you have other options. Zero review."
