Speedway

"I wish there was a way to give a negative star rating as 1 star is overly generous Since 7-11 took over speedway, quality, customer service, and cleanliness have been nearly totally nonexistent. In the past several months, there have been many times when one or more of the drinks machines have been out of order for up to a week at a time. There have been many times when product was out of stock for many days. The store crew is very inconsistent. Most employees seem to last no more than a couple of weeks. Prior to 7-11 taking over, the store staff was there for years. I know of several that had 10+years!!! Now it seems no one lasts more than a month. I have 600,00+ speedy rewards points, proving I have been a long term customer [since the store first opened by Ashland Oil as SuperAmerica back in the late 1980s]. There have been ups and downs for the store over the years, but nowhere near as abysmal as in the past several months. If there were any other store in the area, I would seriously consider stop going to this store and probably any other Speedway."

"I had a DoorDash order to pick up. Steve was sitting down and didn’t know an order come in. I offered to pick up the items and while I was getting the items he was complaining that I got the wrong item. I explained to him that I didn’t have a picture of it, but he did. I told him that’s why it’s best If the store employee do it because they have pictures. He started talking loud, saying that he don’t like “you” people and I would have to wait 30mins if he got the order together. I asked him for his name and he told me Steve and he said he don’t care if I report him. I have came in that speedway for years, but I will never go there anymore because the way that Steve talk to me."

"I'd give this location 0 stars. Any time I stop by before getting on the highway, no hot dogs on the roller grill, no pizza, and half the time the coffee tastes a few days old.. I used to work for speedway and this is horrible customer service."

"Out of coca-cola? You mean you don't want to restock it I'm sure...this was not my favorite speedway experience at all. Old coffee, mad I dumped it. No coke at all...confusing. No paper towels in the window wash tubs, had to wait for staff to finish texting to check out. Usually I'm a speedway fan but this time it was not that good. Mainly staff related, not the company. Hoping it's not due to the 7-11 buyout."

"Stopped in for lottery tickets. Some chips.and turn in some scratches. The clerk was getting trained. The manager and the clerk was up beat. Helpful. Thanks"
