"I lost my temp tag here last week and they actually found it and kept it. They do a good job at cleaning vehicles, I appreciate them keeping my tag, saved me big time! Definitely will continue to come to Mr spotless!"

"Convenience and value are great but be cautioned if you have lower profile rims/tires - there is something along the track that intermittently cuts into the driver side front rim. This has happened about 6-8 times over the course of a few years. It was not cheap to fix. I let it go with my last vehicle as it seemed to have stopped happening but just happened with my new car. Likely a nonissue for most people, but I am particular about my car... I sent message to them about it and never heard anything back."

"The exit door shut on my son's car. They stated they were not responsible. They have video which I asked them to preserve and they did. They eventually agreed they were at fault (the sensors on their door were not working properly). The owner paid the shop upon completion of the repairs. She refused to give me the money. Her attitude was if the vehicle was not repaired, she didn't owe it. I still think about suing her for the diminished value on that car solely over that. I've handled losses in Kentucky for decades. If someone is at fault for damage to your property they owe you regardless of whether or not you repair/replace the property. The at fault party has no right to direct how, where or even if you repair your property."

"The employees who sit on the sides and pre wash do an amazing job. I work construction and my truck is a muddy mess this time of year and they always pre wash all the mud clumps off so it doesn't scratch up the paint. Great service here. I have the monthly platinum and don't plan on getting rid of it any time soon."
