"Place is absolutely disgusting! Parking lot looks like it hasn't been cleaned up in years! Cashier very rude when asking where restroom is. She stated tons places to go "Piss", McDonald's is across street! I have a card that shows must allow to use restroom via serious medical conditions & she clearly stated, Not Valid in KY! I'm a KY resident! I asked for a manager & She stated she was the manager & if I had issues I could leave or be escorted. I was NOT rude at all. I was very kind. Gentleman behind me went off on her & walked me to my car as I am disabled. She told me to go "PISS" somewhere else!"

"Stopped to fill up, get snacks, go bathroom, usual travel stuff. Started filling up with fuel and from there is goes south. No PUBLIC restroom, but they don’t have any signs outside, the place is gross. Wouldn’t buy any food products from a facility that when inquired about restroom they very snobby explained “McDonald’s has nice restrooms”. This place is sketchy do not recommend."

"Treacherous parking and pulling in and out. Place is a complete dive, see attached pictures of the trash cans outside. I know it was cold but no excuse to not do the trash. Place needs a complete high pressure spray. Only positive is that it is good for fill ups before dropping off your rental car at CVG."

"I would put zero stars but it’s not possible. Absolutely horrible service. Went in there to buy cigarettes, swiped my card, payment got approved and I walked out. They came out after me and said payment didn’t go thru somehow for whatever reason and took the cigarettes I had already opened and started smoking. In my bank statements, the money was taken out and I told them that and they told me that if I could prove it then I could have my cigarettes. I went and got my phone, came back in to show them the transaction and they had change their minds apparently. I did not get my cigarettes and neither did the woman after me who’s transaction was also messed up. Completely rude and threatened to call the cops on me for asking how this was acceptable."

"I went in to get a couple of cartons of cigarettes for Christmas presents for friends. I asked for a certain kind and they gave me something different. I didn’t notice because I don’t smoke. I tried to swap them out for the right ones. I had the receipt. They would not do the exchange even though they gave me the wrong thing. I just wanted the right cigarettes. I’m out $110 bucks. Thanks speedway!!!!"
