Mike's Carwash

"Love Mikes car wash and the convenience but this location is lacking in customer service. I drive a lot for my job and often have bug splatter on my front end and windshield. I always point it out and without fail, the staff will never get the brush out and run it across either. I have a monthly pass and go right back thru and leave with the same issue. The stuff is rude and really don't seem to care what their customers ask for. Unfortunately this is the most convenient location for me but I guess I'm going to try to find a location that seems to care more about the customers and the money they spend."

"I the washing your car was supposed to be kind of peaceful but you got ezel over here blasting music so loud you can probably hear it at the Toyota car lot inside the dealership across the street and I guess the employees are too afraid to enforce no loud music"

"This is not my favorite location, however it's on my way to and from work. The drying system is way off, especially compared to other Mike's. My car is ALWAYS so wet leaving Colerain. Also, you all have soooo many rude employees at this location. I pay for the monthly services and when I pull up at Colerain the employees say NOTHING!!! ONLY HERE!! However, for the most part I like how the customers at Colerain respectively wait their turns to go within the 3 lanes during crowded times. I feel as though this location is the best on that, other locations can take a lesson from you all on that."

"I like this car wash. Very convenient, visible, and on a busy street. Didn't have to go play hide and go seek to find it. The prices are very affordable considering inflation! I like they have the clips to grasp your carpets next to the vacuums, so it's easier to clean them. That's great if you have lower back problems. I wish the vacuums were just a little bit more powerful, but it's probably stronger in comparison to other car washes."

"Great Professionalism & Team work. This location seems to be the most busiest I have ever seen. They sometimes have a line, goes fairly quick though. I have to say that to his is my fav one to visit. They always have Sky from Paw Patrol, Dumbo, & Teddy strapped in their car seats and ready to greet you as you wait in line, Teddy always says Thank you, & Have a great day! WE LOVE U & COME AGAIN!"
