"Cookies were yummy, service was good people were friendly. The atmosphere tho they need a larger location in Newport… this one is so small. It felt like we were a can of sardines waiting for our cookies! So uncomfortable."
"Probably the worst location I have visited. Super inconsistent product, even within the same box. For example the two cannoli cookies I got were nothing alike! One had almost no filling or chocolate chips. Neither had the powdered sugar like they were supposed to. The employees are not very friendly and dont practice good hygiene. Don't scratch your face with your gloves on and then grab a cookie with those gloves! Sanitary practices need a major review here."

"I did a delivery order of the cookies and I received the wrong order. I suppose to have two chocolate chip cookies, two peanut butter chips, one maple cream sandwich and cinnamon square. I received three chocolate chip cookies, two maple cream sandwich and one cinnamon square bun. I called and no one answered so I left a voicemail. The press station of the cookies looked bad. I’m very disappointed and not be getting cookies at this location."
"Fast, friendly service. We went on a Friday night and it was busier, but we still had minimal wait for our order. And the cookies are amazing! They're huge and have that slightly undercooked texture which is the best."
