Biggby Coffee

"I come here a lot lately everytime I come here they get something wrong. Today I came up ordered 2 24oz lattes one with sugar free Carmel and one with sugar free mocha the Carmen one was a 20oz and the mocha had so much syrup in the cup it made it undrinkable. We stirred the syrup and it made the coffee so this it was like drinking a protein shake. This is not the first time this had happened."

"Ordered my drink Frozen they put in enough ice to do two or three drinks that's all I'm chewing on. I know they haven't been there that long and are still learning so I'll try again in a couple of months."

"Biggby, my wife likes you. So I get up in the morning to come and get your breakfast sandwich and coffee for my love. But I'll never understand why it takes so long in your drive thru. 20 minutes and only 2 cars back? I could have been through the Dunkin Drive through 3 times in the same amount of time 6 cars back. Edit: Just got home. You gave me the wrong 2 sandwiches. Figure your stuff out Biggby!"

"Katherine was so rude after messing up our order. I come through the drive through almost every morning and order coffee. This morning I had my son’s friends with me so we had a larger order of 5 sandwiches. I was asked to pull forward after one of the sandwiches was made incorrectly. I didn’t mind. Once the food come out we were missing one and I went back inside and Katherine was rude and questioning the missing sandwich telling me they make their sandwiches with cream cheese. I assured her I had specified when I ordered that I didn’t want it on that sandwich. I understand they were busy and overwhelmed but Katherine did not have to treat a customer the way she did. Not a good start for the store."

"We’ve been eager for this to open in our neighborhood! Today was my first visit and I loved overhearing the team work together to punch in my order, the teacher’s tone was calm and kind. My frozen Spotted Owl came out perfect and I will definitely be back!"
