Murphy USA 8228 U.S. 42, Florence, KY 41042

"Bought diesel there July 10th, story on that coming soon. Went inside loaded up on coffee and travel supplies, soda, meat snacks and beef jerky etc. I'm pretty good at remembering my Murphy rewards but this time I forgot. The cashier didn't ask me to enter it, so I missed out on points. Went back in for windshield washer fluid, got it that time. Back to the diesel, bought 37 gallons of fuel and took off, got to Nashville and started getting water in fuel notice, cleared it and it came back. Got back to Memphis and checked, yep water in fuel. Over the next couple of days got it again every drive, and the truck finally started running bad. Called the store to let them know on the afternoon of the 10th. Told the person on the phone that I bought fuel and it had water in it and was in the middle of asking what I needed to do and was told that she'd tell the manager and hung up. I later found out from a station in Memphis that I needed to call a phone number to report it. Complaint filed with Murphy oil and they are doing an inspection, called the state reported an issue, investigation started, and Murphy gave me a form to have filled out at a shop to send in. $250 tow, the truck would start but not pull up on the rollback, shop says easy fix but would cost between $1000 to $1300. And at this point I'm not sure if they will pay for any of it let alone reimburse me for the 51 gallons of fuel their 37 infected. Never had a problem at this store and have bought fuel from that location probably 15 times over the last 4 years or so. It was the perfect place for me to buy fuel at the most reasonable price, no more. Pictures show terrible quality fuel with water on the bottom."

"I stopped by Murphy Express for some gas,a pop and a few other items and just really like the service. The gas always seems to be priced competitively and more often than not they save me time and often a trip to the grocery store if I need something for my evening at home. They are really fast and efficient and I am always greeted with a smile. You might want to swing by there and save both some time and some money! As Always, Enjoy!"

"Employee Stacey was very rude on the phone. When asked if this location had ethanol free gas at the pumps I was informed that "we're not allowed to give that information out over the phone but if you want to stop by you can check". Finding this hard to believe, my response was "you're not allowed to give this information out over the phone?". I was then rudely hung up on. I called another location (where I knew it was sold) to see if the response was the same and it was not. I was informed that they did have it and had no idea why I would be given the response that Stacey gave me. I then proceeded to call 2 more locations where I was informed that they did not have it. Train your employees better please! If this information is truly not allowed to be given, I then question why not? There are plenty of people that look for this gasoline and with it being harder to find, I would surely think that you would WANT TO BRING IN CUSTOMERS!"

"I was kicked out of their today. I am in customer service and I would never be rude to anyone. I simply was trying to explain which pack of cigarettes I wanted. After the third try to place my order ( co-worker talking to another co-worker the whole time) she threw up her hands and told me " you're done", threw my twenty dollars at me and said, " Have a nice day". I guess complaining about her job was more important than What I needed. So I will be going to Speedway next door. Which by the way was packed. There were 0 customers at Murphy's. Murphy's is easier to get in and out of with my diesel dully. Which I used to fill up there I haul a 32' foot mobile Tack Shop to 22 Horse show's a year. That may not be much fuel profit for you to care. But I assume by lack of business that profit loss is adding up quickly. The time was 2:30 p.m.. It was the Black haired woman, she was the taller of the two employees. You have lost my business, and at 13 of my Facebook friends and clients."
