"Went to get 2 propane tanks exchanged. Lady working the counter said she can't do it since she is the only person there. She asked if I wanted to wait an hour for the next person to show up."

"Stopping by this very same speedway Every night is apart of life now living in the nky area my whole life (I'm 53) this store is one of the cleanest welcoming stores around the young lady that works nights most of the time is by far one of the kindest caring sweetest souls I've ever met in my life time never disappoint when I leave"

"I'm a trucker and I was out on delivery. I pay for my gas in the store. The new worker didn't ring me up correctly. She cancel my fuel purchase. But, it takes 24 hrs. to go back in my account. That was all of my funds. So I was stuck. Do better training. This is my job."

"Regular stop for me. Ive used Speedway for a long time. The reward program is nice. Fountain drinks and "slushy" drinks are very affordable. Gas discount with speedy rewards card...also nice. However (there's always a catch) over the past year or so I have noticed that Speedway has cut back on the number of people working at every Speedway location I've been at. This has resulted in a reduction of many locations cleanliness, long slow moving lines at the register at times, and even times when you can get service or pay for purchases because some poor soul is emptying the trash, cleaning, stocking, etc. This particular location isn't as bad as some others. Nor do I blame corporate’s staff cuts on the individuals working on site. Long lines have started forcing me to go to the competition. Thus the 4 stars"
