"Horrible place to work. Doesn’t train their employees and there’s zero communication. It’s run by a bunch of uneducated business snobs who get paid for nurses doing work. The scheduling is ridiculous, you never know what your going to work. They let you know week by week your schedule and they call you on the daily to change your schedule. They try to throw you on cases an hour away, after a bs “meet and greet” where you see the patient and meet the family for one hour then you have to work with them. The paperwork is never up to date and the plan of care is vague. No one in the office follows up with you on any of your concerns. It’s basically a free for all. If they screw up the schedule or there’s call offs they chose what patients they want to cover by how much money the state will pay them, so patients are constantly left without nurses who need them desperately. Terrible company."
