"Terrible customer service. I called and asked if I could get a sheet cake or have some thing written on it. She then says I need to be there in the store physically for her to write anything on the sheet cake. I live an hour away because my work is right there so as soon as I get there, I pick out a Cake and I’m standing upfront waiting to be helped for 15 minutes. Nobody said hi or I’ll be right with you nothing. There was 3 to 4 workers at this area at this time there is no reason why I couldn’t have been a knowledge in anyway shape or form."
