"My fiancé and I went to this location yesterday (9/3) to upgrade our phones. Although Rachel was very nice, she applied my liquid phone screen protector on incorrectly. Before she applied it, she mentioned how she had never done this before and chuckled. I figured with it being her first time she would read the directions. She opens up the vial, starts pouring and begins rubbing the liquid in multiple different directions with HER FINGER. It very clearly states in the directions to apply in the same direction and to use a white cloth provided in the packaging. I was very noticeably upset, expressed my concerns to multiple other employees and ultimately nothing was done about it which I found very unprofessional especially when I hadn't even been handed the new device yet or left the store! Not to mention we literally spent HOURS in the store. We had no clue it would lead to an all-day adventure. Again, Rachel was nice and tried her best, but I will not be back to this location."
"Unprofessional I recently visited the store with the intention of upgrading my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I was informed about the security measures in place for disabling the Find My iPhone feature, which can take up to an hour—a timeframe I found acceptable. However, I encountered an issue regarding the trade-in of my current device. The salesperson mentioned that due to the damage on the back of my iPhone, a trade-in would not be possible. Despite this setback, I expressed my willingness to proceed with a new purchase at full price. To my surprise, the salesperson repeatedly suggested that I should consider purchasing from either an Apple Store or Best Buy. I found this approach puzzling and unexpected, as I was clearly indicating my intention to complete the purchase at their location. I have been a loyal customer of Sprint, and now T-Mobile, for several years, and I have never experienced such a situation before. If the salesperson required assistance or felt unable to assist me, suggesting a visit to another location would have been a more professional approach. Overall, I rate my experience as 1 out of 4 stars and unfortunately cannot recommend this location based on my recent encounter."
"When in on a Saturday afternoon no person greeted me, was there for about a half hour just standing in their lobby until another customer walked in grabbed a power bank and demanded to pay for it right away. They pulled her ahead and run her out right away. which is fine I get it instant process, wanted done right away, no big deal. But this allowed the worker to get done and then ask another lady who goes I was next and then the gentleman, myself, after me and we've been waiting here for a long time Finally get a worker to talk to me. went into a T-Mobile and was told my s21 was worth $1,000 on my trade-in and I didn't have the time to do it but they said that no hurry nothing was going to change anytime soon While the worker struggles to figure out it all how to use his own touchpad Goes to get a manager While I'm waiting a different worker is joking with a customer that I can't believe that lady said that, "you think if she needed help she would have said something to someone" I am sorry, when is that the customers responsibility to tell a worker that they're in their building that they need help? There is no touch screen to check in on, there was no employee asking people to get checked in on for numbers, maybe the old-fashioned ticker tape take next number might be up this workers ability to handle situations. 20 minutes later tells me it's because of my plan that my phone is only worth $200 and if I pay an additional $40 a month my phone would be worth more I've been a loyal customer to Sprint and I guess now T-Mobile for years have never had a scenario like this before If you need help maybe go to a different location 1 out of 4 stars. Do not recommend"
"We went in to this T-Mobile and ended up upgrading and trading in our iPhone. This was all a new process and the manager Michelle made it a seamless experience. She was very knowledgeable and patient and went through all our options with us and even contacted T-Mobile on our behalf to ensure that our eligible promotions would be added to our lines. We walked out with a new phone, 2 new watches and earbuds for a great price and with an excellent customer experience! Thank you Michelle!"
"Very kind and helpful employees! Former t mobile employee here, and I personally love my pixel 7 on TMobile. It is the bomb. And it is the most user friendly phone on the market, in my opinion :D love the vibe in the T-Mobile store."
