"Made an appt to see a truck, confirmed the appt for 6:30pm TODAY(8/21/24), drove an HOUR to look at the truck, only to walk in and see someone else buying it. When the half bald creep told me basically tough luck, we are first come, first served... Dispite an appt and telling the dealer we were coming with cash to buy. I walked out, then he followed us out wanting to know if we would look at others. No, Ill be taking my cash to columbus tomorrow and buying a truck there. You missed out on a sale. I had CASH in hand and was ready to buy it. I will NEVER come to this dealership EVER again and you shouldn't either. Very crooked!"

"Hello, My car dealer was Mike, I was super excited to be purchasing my first car and definitely fell in love with one of their vehicles. Saving up for a car, getting my license, and buying a car has been a long journey for me. After deciding to buy a vehicle, we agreed on a lower price and my uncle served as my negotiator. Mike told him the lower price would be honored and continued to point and tell me to sign since “cash deals are super easy,” distracting me from the trick he pulled on me. I obliged as I thought my uncle had handled everything concerning the matter. I began looking at car insurance the following day and referred to my copies of the signed documents only to see that the lower price was not honored and I had payed a larger price than what Mike and my uncle agreed on. Of course this was a mistake on my end for not taking the proper time and attention to read the documents more carefully, but I wanted to write this review to encourage other young, new drivers to be more alert. This discovery lowered my excitement of buying my first car, and turned a great moment into an unfortunate lesson. Please learn from my mistake and invest in a dealership that has genuine service and integrity. If you are in search of a car, I would recommend exploring other lots first. Thanks, Danielle"
