"I went in for a car, and it was slightly stressful. Preferebly call or reserve online before you go, might make it easier. They require a paystub, proof of residence (bill) if you're paying with a debit card. They will hold $300 until you return the car, so add that to the total price of the car you want to rent. The cars are good, although I saw a few dead bugs inside my car, so they need to pay attention to detailing. Customer service was pretty nice, he was patient with me until I could get all my documentation ready and gave me as much information, and brought in the manager when necessary. Return was so easy, and they came down and did all the final checks, got my money back in a few days. It was good overall."

"Nothing seemed to be going my way this morning, I was def in a bad mood. With turning in my car and getting my rental the staff at Enterprise on Dixie Highway were patience and attentive. "Awful. This used to be one of my very favorite companies. Not anymore. They are liars. Since the pandemic you have about 50-50 chance of getting a car. They'll tell you they have it. But they don't. They cannot be relied on at all anymore. And they have nasty sexist attitudes. My money and my insurance are good enough. But they can't talk to me. I spent hours trying to straighten out Acclaim on my insurance. It turned out that it was just a lie. After hours on the phone they wouldn't talk to me because I was a woman. I rented the car I ensured the car I paid for the car. But I'm not good enough to give them the name of a clans representatiive. They didn't want to give me a car they had somebody else that wanted to pay more. This has happened repeatedly. I can forgive a couple times. But they are deliberately doing this."
