"My son bought a 2012 Chevy Impala on 5/24/24. Within three hours of buying the car, the car stalled at a red light and wouldn't restart. Called iCARs same day and they gave the whole speech about them not being responsible. The car was towed to a repair shop and they found 7 codes on the scan, including issues with the theft deterrent module, ABS and air bags. Been to three mechanics (including twice to a Chevy dealer) and we're up to over $3,300 in repairs and still not done. Really regret buying from this place. Response to owner’s comments: not rambling and not dishonest. I gave a truthful, succinct review based on dealings with this company. We have all repairs documented and there is nothing untruthful in my review."

"This place is horrible I was there right before they closed. I bought a few cars but these cars are not well maintained. Do not buy from this car place. Run with your money! I wasn’t gone make a review, but I was looking at the other reviews and I can see if you give them 1 star rating or a low stars they will get unprofessional with you and upset. But I do not care this place is bad for business selling cars that are jimmy rigged! Go to Kerry Ford or a real car lot! "I chose a car they have based on a mid life crisis, red racing stripes make everything better. They dealt with my phone calls and incessant emails well. I am an out of state buyer from a remote area and ended up flying in and driving 12 hours back. Found a couple issues on the front end during the test drive that weren't mentioned but were pretty minor, as well as a sunroof that I really wanted that was missed in the description, so it balanced out. They aren't perfect, but the price was extremely competitive for the 2012 Charger I had to have, and the pro's out weighed the cons in my book. The car is great, the purchase was pretty easy and I couldn't find any crazy fees. Regarding cleanliness.... I have had a few cars detailed in my time and have never had a more thoroughly cleaned car in my life. The interior was absolutely superb and I still have not gotten over how every nook and cranny is just flawless. Inventory selection is huge, I would buy from them again if they had what I wanted, it was a good overall experience."

"Bought my 2013 f150 from them a little over a year ago, they were friendly and very honest. I've been very pleased with it. They sell used cars, some of them will have issues. But with the service I received I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Don't have a picture of the truck when I bought it, but here is a recent one of it loaded down with pallets."

"Let's see the hood a huge gap in the passenger's side. The bumper had damage. The passenger headlight had rust around it. It need brakes. & yes you put very inexpensive tires on the front. Bought a 2020 down the road. Thanks"
