"Pre sale process was wonderful. Post sale! Horrible. I had a few “we owes” under contract they were supposed to handle. They fixed 1/3 issues! They called and said my truck was finished which again they only fixed 1/3 issues. I picked it up and they left old wiring and cut zip ties all over my new weather tech floor mats I just purchased! Very unprofessional! Now I try to get the other “we owe” fixed and now they go against there word and want nothing to do with it! When I call the dealership to get answers they find someway to avoid and hang up my phone calls. Worst dealership I’ve had to deal with! Very unprofessional! Go against there contract! I would not recommend this dealership to anybody! Can’t look at paper work your salesman ran off with and refuses to give back! Your salesman made promises that he was unable to fulfill. I’ve call multiple of time to resolve this concern. Dealer wanted no part of it. Buyers beware of this rat dealership"
"Update******* 6/11/2024 My daughter took the car back to the dealership so they themselves could see the codes that were popping up on the car. After inspection they found a wire that was causing the issue. The owner and other salesmen assured that this was the problem and it was taken care of. Our original salesman apologized to my daughter and assured her that if something would have been wrong it would have been taken care of. We also finally got a copy of the CARFAX and it showed regular maintenance was done by the previous owner and that the car had been in an accident that had a good amount of damage. If we had known prior we might of not chosen this car but as long as the frame ect were not damaged I would have considered it. After they left the dealer the car was taken to be looked at by a professional technician and he ran a diagnostic and concluded that the codes were not valid and were gone.Getting the car looked at today on a lift to make sure that the frame is ok but when she drives she still feels something like a wiggle or pulling, could just need an alignment which would be ok with us to take care of Will update again for conclusion Update ****** BUYER BE WARE! 6/10/2024 Wow! Has been almost 3 days after I made this post and I should of done more research My daughter bought her first car on her own and just found out today the mechanic told us it pulled 35 codes ! My 21 year old daughter called the dealership and they refused to take our calls. The car showed no dash lights but when hooked up they should have been on! This car is dangerous and why would someone put anyone in this car let alone a young girl! This person has 3 young daughters why would they want to put anyone else’s child into something unsafe !Brad did call back on his own a few minutes ago and said he would have a manager contact her but I am Doubtful I myself am heading to the dealer now to see what is said. He also talked us out of a paid warranty and told us that if something happens to the car after we bought it that he would make it right Let’s see how that goes will update in a bit ************** 2nd update *****part 2 6/10/2024 Got to the dealership and as we got out of the car Herb said hey weren’t you just here is everything alright? I proceeded to tell him what has being happening and he politely asked us to come in let’s see what we can do. As we walked in Brad who was our salesman was in his office and seen us. He never at any point approached us to see what he could do. Actually he seemed to avoid us while Herb was taking care of us Brad ended leaving shortly after our arrival seemed nervous and definitely avoided us. Most people who make a sale and want to keep good business would normally approach their customer and try to make things right. He even told us during her signing that if something did happen to go wrong with the car he would def make things right. ( so far he has not done that) So tomorrow we will be be bringing the car back. They would like to see if there are issues themself which is okay by us but no Promises are being made. All we want is a replacement car. From them same place will be very happy to keep business there as long as things are made right. We had 5 others wanting to get a car where we did due to our word of mouth about how great it had seemed Could be lots of business for them and long time customers. Will see again what happens tomorrow *******£*** 6/7/2024 Brad was an amazing person to work with ! We came here for my daughter to purchase her first vehicle on her own. He steered us in the right direction and helped her find the perfect fit for her taste and budget ! Will def do business with again !"
