"We did a mobile check in. We made a reservation at 9:30 for a truck at 10:30. We got there late at 10:45 but the app was easy to use and had our truck by 11:15. Truck was clean and good working order. I just wish the 10ft trucks had the ramps."

"Was supposed to pick up our uhaul this morning at 8am. We used the online service and it took us an hour cause the site kept glitching. Finally got the keys, got into the truck and the battery is DEAD. It’s Black Friday so they are closed. We called them and was told they would call us back in a half hour with an ETA of someone to fix this. It’s been OVER AN HOUR and still no call with an ETA! We are supposed to move states today but now doesn’t look like it. One whole day of our 2 day reservation is GONE just to even get the truck which we still don’t have yet! Glad we payed all that money for this! HORRIBLE"

"Picked up truck tonight using the online process. There were two 15' trucks on the lot and the one they left for me was by far the worse with multiple dents, bad looking tires and it drives horribly. The other looked almost new. But the worst thing is it is super filthy with sticky stuff all over it and grime and debris everywhere. I feel like they took advantage of the fact I was picking up after hours and I can't believe anyone would ever send a truck out that filthy. Shameful. I took pics of the filth and will make a formal complaint. Update: I left a message and posted this review and one on Uhaul.com. The company has not bothered to reach out. Clearly, my satisfaction is not relevant to them. We actually had to clean the truck to make it tolerable to drive in, and we put more gas in than it went out with. Nice to get no response to our clear issues."

"The staff here is more than helpful and pleasant. Very personable and understanding and willing to work with you to make sure that you are happy. I was at first frantic and a little impatient when I first arrived in the store and the man at the counter remained calm, pleasant and respectful in the midst of it all. They were just extremely helpful and really good people. I appreciate your help with moving!"
