"Falsely claims they sent out court dates via email. Costing $500 for paper work when neither party has received email, phone call, or mail for said court dates. They said oh well, pay again and start over. Mostly incompetent, lazy people who want you to do their job for them."
"If you have enough money to pay the judges off and u have a high priced lawyer u can pretty much get anything done in this court. My brother got a pto against me and a domestic over a text message that he made up on a computer. And he is a Mma fighter. And i am handicap.Dont see how Jennifer became a judge. Because he couldnt show her a text message the first time in court. I believe everyone in this courthouse is Shady. Im going write a letter to the supreme court let them look over the files that she has done ."
"The only reason I'm giving this court 1 star is because zero isn't an option. Judge jenifer overmyer granted a cpo based on i don't know what exactly? A few things, first the cpo was issued for 5 years without even going to court, secondly. It took over a year to have this heard in court, According to the courts they couldn't find me although i was on probation and had to physically drive to the court house once a month to see my probation officer so how they couldn't find me is beyond me. Over a year later i get this heard in judge overmyer court and she keeps the cpo in place despite the fact that at the time of the incident that occurred i was at work and yes i had evidence that verified that i was at work, however judge overmyer refused to look at anything i had and issued the cpo still but that's nothing compared to having my rights violated. Judge overmyer was the presiding judge over a court hearing about my 5 year old daughter, as the biological father of the child i had ever right to be present at this hearing, I've been fighting to see my daughter to the past to years in montgomery county just to have preble county get involved and treat me like less than a human where my daughter is concerned not only as a father but as someone who made the decision to represent themselve in the case. I sat outside the court room for approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours and not once was i called in. Now as the father and someone who was representing themselve at the time afforded me every right to be present for this hearing, however i was denied on both counts."
"This is the worst courthouse ever there so lazy they can’t even pick the phones up I guess I will have to call the Supreme Court to make a complaint against the juvenile division I will keep making complaints when you guys don’t want to answer your phones all day long"
"The guy who took my call tells me he's not documenting anything, the only reason this place is getting one star is because no stars isn't an option"
