"I can’t give them a zero star. Tired of fighting them to get my grandson’s medicine right. It’s special order so they need to order it a few days before the fill date but they won’t, so he runs out before it comes in. Then last month they gave us 6 to make it until the medicine came in, but we ran out 2 days before the medicine got there. They took the 6 off the total number for the prescription but didn’t change it back for this month, so they shorted us 6 this month. So tired of having to fight with them and watch them like a hawk. I thought this was what the pharmacist was supposed to do."
