"Terrible place. Cannot get ahold of anyone by phone or physically in office during supposed “office hours”. Tried 5+ times to close account. Finally received a call back after all these attempts and was told everything was complete and the account was closed and the payments would be stopped. I also asked about my security deposit that was paid, just to be told that they “don’t know about that and will have to look into it”. How do you not see that on someone’s account when you look at it? All records of that should show up as soon as you pull up a customers information. Now, here we are three weeks later, I was charged on a supposedly closed account and a unit that has been empty for 3.5 weeks. Would not recommend this disorganized business to anyone."
