"I switched to State Farm about a year and a half ago, after 15 years with my previous insurance company. Matt was who assisted me with my coverage policies (auto, renters and business) and he was terrific to work with to help me understand my coverage and ensure I had enough for my peace of mind. I just had my first experience with a (roadside assistance) claim, and what I was initially facing was an absolute nightmare! After speaking with the third party dispatch center, I called my home office and was fortunate to reach Matt and explain to him what was happening. He stepped in and absolutely saved the day! He intercepted the service order and got a tow out to me in less than half that time, so I will be able to reach my mechanic in time for repair today and be able to meet my busy week of scheduled medical appointments. I was initially told I was going to have to pay $280 before the 800 number would even place my service call. He even went as far as to contact them on my behalf to cancel that and refund my card. When I first entered the claim (through the app) with the third party involved, I was outraged and determined to switch back to my old insurance company immediately. But after the amazing help from Matt, I couldn't imagine going elsewhere. I received above and beyond service that is almost unheard of today. You know... like a good neighbor ;) State Farm IS there."
