"You steal from the poor"
"They won't have anyone else help me besides one clerk. If she isn't there they call her in to deal with me. They are committing the biggest property fraud scam I have ever seen in My life. I have paper work and proof. I ha e proof I was lied on and thrown on the streets.they won't listen or help me to know where to start or what to even file. Lawyers turn me away when they hear about the case. They left me at a dead end.."
"Suing in this honorable court to stop a fraudulent company from using my business name any further."
"Got a letter in the mail saying my license was going to be suspended because I failed to provide proof of insurance (which I had). Never received anything prior, and when I paid my fine for speeding, was never informed that they needed proof of insurance as well. Mail was not certified, and it was in a puddle outside of my mailbox when I got it. The letter says I can appeal if I jump through several hoops, but doesnt explain how to appeal. I call the court of common pleas, which the letter said to call and the operator, Maureen something-or-other, literally says, "You can file an appeal, but I can't tell you how. You can submit paperwork, but we don't have that for you. You'll have to hire an attorney" *click*. Sounds like organized robbery to me, and a way to make money for govt workers, judges, and attorney friends, etc. Does it seem ethical that only attorneys should have access to the paperwork required to appeal offences? Also, does it seem ethical that you can be stopped for something like a traffic offence, go to court, be found *not-guilty* and still be required to pay hundreds in court fees? Yeah....from people who are supposed to be the beacon of ethics and law, not so much."
