"Just had an awesome experience at the pharmacy. Giant eagle was super rude about not having the meds we needed, so we called Walgreens and they HAPPILY took over and went to bat for us transferring it to them. Will be going here from now on, thanks staff!"
"Flu shots are NOT free here, I dont understand why it is advertised everywhere that it is. If your insurance is not accepted here you have to pay 70$. It is false advertising to say that something that is payed for by certain insurance is free, because it certainly is not."
"I don’t understand why this store says they are open until 10pm. I came at around 9:50pm and the doors were already locked. There was people even checking out and I waited for about 5 mins and it seemed the woman didn’t want to let me in. This is the second time this has happened. I won’t be returning to this store. "Can't keep the pharmacy staffed and are rarely open these days. Tried to get a prescription multiple times, then tried to transfer it to Mentor and staff was rude and asked if I could wait until Painesville was open again. This is absolutely ridiculous. Do better, you're dealing with medications that people need."
