"Not a great place to come to for the 1st time. My paperwork had a different name on the bills so I text the number on The door hoping it was correct. Seen a gentleman pull up and he said to go to the south side of the building back into a dock and text what dock I was In To the number.... that was wrong, I went to the door and the lady was extremely rude and kept interrupting me as I was trying to figure out what to do. I was sent back to the North side for unloading, hopefully this won't take to long. People need to have more patience and understanding."

"Very easy. Leave your paperwork in the mailbox that says in. Text the number and wait for them to text you for what door to go to. They will text you everything you need. My appointment time was 9am. I was docked by 8:52 and gone by 9:30. No issues. There is plenty of room for over night parking. I will happily deliver here again."

"This warehouse turned out to be not very good ... I arrived at them at 8 o'clock in the morning for unloading. I was the only one who came to them for unloading. a woman named Danny opened the door, she was very rude to me. People like her don't belong in this job. I am sure that a good person is looking for her place of work. gave me a door. an hour and a half later, an elderly man, Gary Offill, came out to me and picked up a red lock on my trailer and then slowly left. after he unloaded me for 3.5 hours. when he took out my papers. I asked him what's the matter, why is it taking so long? he answered me that he was asked by Danny to unload me longer. all together my unloading took 5 hours. I lost the next shipment. and I think that these guys occupy other people's jobs. I won't come here again. Tesha, while I was being unloaded, another truck arrived for unloading at door number 2, and so it was unloaded in 30 minutes."

"I have absolutely no complaints about this place, I was a little scared because of all the bad reviews, but everything was perfectly fine. Appt was 1300, I arrived a bit earlier, got a door by 1300 and my paperwork by 1450. Come in check by txt message, wait for instructions and follow instructions, you’ll be fine. When you read bad reviews I challenge you to bring your best attitude. Attitude is everything!"
