Geneva Shores Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation

"This place does not deserve any stars!!!! But it wont let me post without any. This is a horrible filthy place. Do not put your loved ones here. The nurses are horrible, the aids are twice as bad ,all they care about is thier cigarette breaks. It was supposed to have closed hopefully it did. I was there practically every day questioning everyone and they did not like that. You have to be buzzed in so they can see who is coming in and to hurry and try to change bed linens, which I had to do myself various times because she was laying on a stripped mattress. My sister went in October and passed in December. I did not send her to that place, her grandkids did."

"Currently been here for 2+ years, and it’s been a great experience with wonderful management. Management is always willing to help and do what they can for everyone here. It’s a small 42 bed facility.We are are more of a family than coworkers, everyone pitches in to help others even in different departments. Everyone helps eachother get the job done. We get yearly raises based on your performance review. Lots of caring & compassionate workers who bring smiles to the residents daily. 10/10 would recommend people to come here even my own family. Also there are times people call off, but that happens anywhere you work, but most call offs get covered so you’re never alone. Come join or team I promise you won’t regret it."

"When I was PRN for the company and worked in a few different buildings, this was always my favorite building. "Where everyone knows your name" and your likes and dislikes. Care is personalized as it should be. I recommended my own grandmother to go to Geneva Shores for rehab when she needed it!"
