"I will be definitely buying another car from Lake Erie Auto , they helped us get into a great and safe vehicle for one of my kids, the team at Lake Erie which was Boss and Angie also did a fantastic job with getting our child financed. I would highly recommend them to anyone."
"I just bought my 2012 Hyundai Veracruz here on Saturday. Jen was fantastic! When we told her what we were interested in she gave her own double thumbs up on that vehicle, and I have to say that I totally agree! I’ve named my new car “Vera” and she has been everything Jen said she would be! All the staff at Lake Erie Motors were very helpful, go check them out for your next vehicle!"
"So, I'll start by giving Lake Erie Motors a 5 star. If there were 10 stars, I'd definitely give them a 10...Then I'll tell you how this came to be.....It is owned by a gentleman by the name of Bozz who really cares about his customers over and above and his 2 unbelievable saleswoman, no, correction, they are more than saleswoman, Jen and Angie. They were passionate about pleasing the customer. No matter what questions or request I asked of them, they responded to me immediately. I was impressed. I was very concerned about buying a car out of state(I'm from Pa) and they reassured me they would stand behind everything they said..and sell...From the owner Bozz, who listened to all of my concerns, to both Jen and Angie who without hesitation satisfied all my questions and concerns, my car buying experience was amazing. Try to get that kind of service at one of those "big car dealers", We all know that's not happening, is it.... Not to mention the fact that those big guys charge all kind of fees that they don't tell you about until you have already fallen in love with the car. of your dreams NOT here. You pay for the car, taxes and state fee's, that's it. No Garbage fees that go right into the pockets of those big dealers...If you need a car, look no further,,,you already found it :-)"
"Called up asking about a car I saw on the website. We went to see it that day Boz waited even though they were closing. He never made us feel rushed and it was past hours, he let know all the details about the car and worked out a fantastic deal! We had the car and the transaction was done fast with no problems! Would definitely shop here again! Great service. Thanks!"
"Helped me get into an awesome mini Cooper, worked with me on payments and offered to help fix anything that may go wrong with it, for a good price while I'm paying it off. Update to 1 star. They sold me a John Cooper works mini cooper, at least that's what it was advertised as, while I'm getting over 3 grand in repairs done to it, they (the repair company) told me it was only the Cooper S model. Lake erie motors even had a sticker of John Cooper works on the back of the car and sold it priced accordingly. and now that I'm paying 3k+ in repairs 8 months after I bought the car, the place I'm getting fixed told me ITS NOT EVEN THE MODEL OF MINI COOPER THEY SAID IT WAS. The thermostat housing went, the timing chain needed replace, it blew a head gasket, reverse and a brake light went out needed the ECU needed an update, among other things. All withing 6 months of owning the car. The dealership refused to help and was rather rude. I had done "reviews" online for gas cards I was promised and never recieved any of them. Overall a super shady business and I dont recommend going here AT ALL. I'm still paying the mini cooper off for 4 years. It broke to the point of not being driveable within 6 months of owning it. That's less than a 1/4th of the term of my loan before the car was trash. Absolutely a trash busines. Sold me a lemon 100%"
