"Do not deal with this location. They will scam you!! I was charged $40 dollars extra. They lied about how much gas was in the truck and the mileage. I should've checked everything out before signing. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE"
"For the directions on GPS didn't exactly leave me to hear but thankfully I read the little note Google maps that said it was under the bridge so I kind of knew where to go. The process of getting the U-Haul through my phone took a little longer than expected because it works off of internet and they don't know it was working kind of slow. And then the app didn't want to take a picture of my ID so I had to do extra verification in order to get my u-haul. But once everything was done in the app everything else went pretty smooth I'm doing the truck."
"Fairly Expensive. I’m not sure if all the Uhauls charge not only the flat rate, but for mileage as well. In Ca. they only charged the 24 hr. flat rate but it may have changed there too. We also hired 2 men from Uhaul to help with the move and they were awesome: Hardworking, fast and careful. Polite and friendly as well."
"Placed an reservation online aweek in advance. Wanted a small 10 ft.truck but all that had wake a 15ft, but yet they had them on the lot. Now the reservation was confirmed for the 10. And when I inquired about the ones I was, the man told me that they were reserved for a return trip, and we were going one-way with our move."
