"Came back to see Andrew C. again! The experience beginning to end was low pressure and efficient. Manager Ron was quick to offer clarity to concern and Terrel made the final finance steps quick and painless with having everything ready for signing and no high pressure upsale. This is our 4th Mentor Nissan vehicle and always a great experience."
"Customer service was good very friendly, that's about where the good ends. Had my vehicle in for oil change and tire rotation. I was told be done quick (around 45 minutes to an hour) I had gotten in back over 3.5 hours later. I let them do the free car wash as well. My car had came back looking worse than it went in. It had water spots everywhere and dirt on it as well. The other vehicles in the bay getting service, both new and used, looked much better than the care mine had received with the same wash. After the free inspection, I was give a estimate of over $1400. I had gotten a second opinion from another shop, this service center missed things that needed done and overcharged a huge amount on stuff that did not even need to be done to the vehicle. One of my examples is my tires, after the second option, it was found that I had needed two rear tires because of age and wear in the middle. Nissan claimed that the tread was fine, no further action. They had also claimed that there was damage to a front tire, both me, and my second option shop and looked at the tire, there was no damage. After needing to replace a TPMS sensor for $60 and labor, Nissan wanted over $200. Overall extremely unhappy with this dealers service dept. I would not go to them again."
"Arrived @ 9:30am for oil change, was told the oil change would take 45min-1hour, and hour and a half the car was still not ready, service rep came out to tell me the recommended service in addition to the oil change was to replace the tires (car has 28,000 miles on it) and replace the windshield wipers ( i declined both items) was told it should only be a few more minutes. Another 1/2 hour past and the car still was not done. I went up to the service desk and was told there was a recall on the car that they were addressing (which was not ever brought to my attention/while waiting). Total time spent was over 3 hours for an oil change?? This is not acceptable. in the future I will be bringing my vehicle to a more efficient oil change company."
"I came here and bought my car with a check. No payment plans, no loans, nothing. I had to contact the dealer to ask where my title since they forgot to mail it to me and the temp tags they gave me where expiring. I purchased the car and it had 44,000 miles on it. The car now has 103,000 miles on it. With the amount I've put into the car repairing it, I could've bought the car again. Now the car needs a new transmission, and to have that done will cost more than a dealer would give me if it ran. I'm now deciding to scrap or sell my car I thought would make it 100,000 miles, and almost made 60,000 miles. I would blame Nissan brand, but I went for a Nissan because I heard how much other people liked them. Since my grandma bought the same car new and it's now almost at 200,000 miles with much less issues, I'm just assuming the dealer didn't fix the car up fully or something. I'm just not sure. I just know the car I bought here was garbage, and I should've never bought it in the first place. Update: "Response from the owner a week ago We are disappointed to hear that you did not have a more positive experience with Nissan. It is discouraging to learn of your experience. Your feedback helps us improve and we would like to learn more about how we can make this better." 1. Don't give me some generic cookie cutter response. Makes me feel like it's just a bot responding 2. What can you do? I want my money back for the car, but I know realistically that makes no sense. Who would pay $16k for a car that needs a new transmission? Take the 1 star review. I'm not a regular, I drove 2 hours to get the car cause I thought it was a good deal. Just trying to save someone else the headache, money, and time"
