"5th Anniversary Of the Van Wert County Law Enforcement and Community Of Government Officials' Abuse Of Power. Magistrate Christina L. Steffan Re: Case No 21930042 and/or Case No CP2001007 Rule 601. General rule of competency; disqualification of witness. Your Magistrate, 1. Debra Nedderman has a lot of ulterior motives and a premeditated plan. Eager to provoke the anticipated consequences of the sabotage of her granddaughter Ayda Lynn Whitson and her father Michael Reco Whitson Jr special bond and special relationship. Voluntary and deliberate emotional manipulation to gain unfair advantages in court proceedings to win at any cost. It is a fact that Debra Nedderman served the schools of Van Wert County during 36 loyal years. Here are some conflicts of interest found within an internal organization of Van Wert County, professional or personal commitments. For example, the applicant's family and/or witness have personal loyalty, attachments and/or associations with organizations, business, professional and/or personal interests in the events. By giving Debra Nedderman respect and/or loyalty for the involvement of her community, she is unable to express herself on the question as it should be understood, either directly or by the interpretation of someone who can understand it, unable to comprehend the duty of a witness to speak the truth. As guardian of the primary parent and/or applicant this may assist with bias motives, inconsistent statements and or bad facts. And proof of unethical, inappropriate, unfair, deceptive or unjust resources and benefits. For example, Debra Nedderman has educated hundreds of the community's children, including Zach Leatherman and his mother is Jill Worthington-Straley a member of a panel of judges and Debra has the ability to obtain information on her behalf regarding the topic of oral communication. As well, Debra Nedderman and Jill Worthington-Straley are both members of the original United Methodist Church. Throughout my four-year relationship with the primary parent and/or applicant, she testified that a family member was working in a judicial administrative system. And I have witnessed her provided her with information on her behalf about the purpose of this person's oral communication about jobs and family services."
