"We went to go check out and one of the employees there named connie allen accused my mother of stealing a watermelon while she was at the self checkout about to pay for all of the things she had. Connie then kicked my mother out of the store. My mom was 2 seconds from paying for 43 dollars woth of things. If the mannager janet panner would deal with this employee, it would be greatly appreciated."

"most times the van wert store is a wonderful store to shop but for about a month now it is not a safe place to shop the aisles are stacked with the unpacked boxes I would not take a child in there also adults are not safe. the help they have are trying but it is impossible to be a clerk and a stocker at this time it is a shame. it was a nice store."
"I bought a black pepper and didn't realize that it was open when I bought it. So, I took it back. I would liked to have exchanged it for a new sealed package but they were out. I did have a few other items to buy, so they just credited the purchase amount to my new amount due. Everyone was nice and helpful and made the return easy and uncomplicated."
