"I reserved a unit online. We loaded up all of our items and drove to the facility. When we got there, we were told they were closed even tho the website and Google said they were open. Someone on the property called the owners and we were told they don't have a unit available and they don't use their online system. Clearly they need to update their website and stop taking online reservations."
