"Workers were so entirely rude, didn’t welcome us in and when we were talking about how the water may be too low they stayed silent. They basically just dropped us off and left us to figure it out ourselves. When we got out at the finish, they did not say a single word to us. No “how was it “ or “did you have fun” basically charged us $150 to fight off spiders and worms in a 50 hour long river. They spend more time weed wacking than caring for their customers, my poor sister had scrapes all over her due to the water being so low. We had 0 warning."

"Great tubing experience! The owner was very welcoming and helpful. You get dropped off about 1.5 miles away and the tubing experience was very quiet and pleasant down the River. It wasn’t crowded like Helen. If you’re looking for a beautiful afternoon to enjoy nature this is the spot!"

"What a hidden treasure. The place was nice and clean and the river was perfect. The river is not busy like Helen so we could enjoy each other. We sat around in the chairs after tubing enjoying the food and drinks. Our company will be back in 2 weeks for a "Team Building" experience. Thank you for everything."

"We had such a great time tubing with West Tubing Company. We had the whole creek to ourselves (a 15 person group of adults and kids). The building and the outdoor areas are so inviting and nicely decorated. We packed a cooler and sat out on the deck after we finished… had our lunch and a nice glass of wine from the bar. We met the owner and she was so nice. The creek was very beautiful. Some of the adults got stuck on some rocks, but the kids floated along just fine. We would definitely return to West Tubing Company."
