"The long dark haired woman who “helped” me was extremely rude for absolutely no reason. I didn’t understand what she was saying and I told her I didn’t understand and that I was sorry I was asking so many questions I was just trying to get a better idea of what I needed to do. So instead of helping me, she threw papers across the counter at me and anytime I would talk, she’d cut me off and she talked to me like i was stupid. I left in tears and she smirked and said “I hope you have a good day” to me while I was walking out. So unprofessional. Maybe she was just having a bad day. But I really hope I never have to come here again."
