"We’ve been in our Pulte home at ER for 19 months. Not long after moving in and well within our 10 month punch list and after, we have consistently documented and reported areas on our island doors and drawers of paint easily chipping off. A Pulte Manager and Pulte Director have come to the house to see the condition of these new cabinets. Our experience in getting this matter resolved has consisted of numerous emails to our Pulte Customer Rep., a Pulte construction manager, a Pulte Director of Build Quality and the Pulte VP over this area in an attempt to get this taken care in a more realistic timeframe. Through many service requests submitted by Pulte, they had the vendor, Carter Lumber, come to the house for repairs only to bring the wrong door / drawer pieces, wrong color, wrong size or scratched up (note: the items are not removed from the box until the vendor brings them to the home owner. The boxes are opened and then we see a wrong size, wrong color or damaged item - the work cannot be completed and Pulte submits another Work Order request and it starts all over again. At this pace, maybe they’ll get repaired or replaced on our 2 year home anniversary."

"Starting with day 1, when we walked into the sales office, the sales agent, Brian Hess, was amazing. His customer service skills excepted our expectations! His knowledge and experience helped us decide this was where we wanted to be and guided us through the process. We did have a few construction mangers, which was to be expected since we were building during COVID. There were a few things missed and poor craftsmanship on a few other items, but corrected in a timely manner. James was awesome, but Mike Johnson, a rock star! The design center was just as helpful to help guide us and making sure everything worked together in our home. Very thankful for those ladies. After being in our home for awhile, our warranty manager, Caroline Blackburn, contacted us and completed our walk through inspection. She was very thorough, professional and diligent in getting all warranty issues completed to our satisfaction. We are very pleased with our home two years later."
