In the car repair business this is a major factor for me. Trust and honesty. The Warranty Center has that! They are always busy…and that says something too… they do it well."

"Stay away! I paid extra for top of the line ceramic brakes on my Jaguar but they lied and put on metallic. Brakes continue to squeal Everytime I apply them.. I paid them to replace a part dealing with my AC. They Charged me as if they bought and replaced the part. Although they bypassed my AC through the heater core. They did not fix anything but charged me for labor and parts. After taking the car back to them they claimed they Had to take my dashboard out of my car to replace my AC heater control unit. They kept my car for 2 weeks. Although the AC unit was not bad. And you do not have to take the dashboard off to get to it. After keeping my car for weeks, and not taking the dashboard off or fixing the original problem. I ended up paying them almost $500 for my brakes and over $500 for my AC which they did absolutely nothing to fix. Except keep my car for weeks and then put all original parts back on the vehicle. With the exception of the used AC control unit that they were placed even though nothing was wrong with my original unit. After taking it to another shop it was exposed that they never replaced the original piece that they charged me for on my ac. This place is a rip off and they will use used parts on your vehicle claiming they are new. There is also a major chance that they will rig your vehicle without replacing anything. Although still charging you for labor and new parts. The owner told me personally that my Jaguar is basically a ford so you can put anything on it. Please stay away if you value your car, money and time!"

"I have been using the warranty center now for 3 years and I have not regretted at any time. They are friendly and helpful and most of all HONEST. When I cannot fix it they do. Once you find a good garage and mechanics you hold on too them. I suggest giving Brian and his team a call you will not be sorry and their prices are very competitive."

"I just took my car here to have the coolant system maintenanced. The staff is polite and kept me up to date on the status of my car. The work on my car was done well and in a timely manner. The shop replaced a few little things, like a broken vacuum hose and some lights, and did not charge me for that. The estimate they gave me was exactly what they charged me; no hidden fees or anything. I'll definitely be giving this shop my business in the future"
