"When a Realtor is showing units on a property that is especially an all rental condotel, they should abide by the property COVID-19 operating procedures posted during this pandemic. They are available as well by City Ordinances. She read the door sign which stated only one person per party enter the lobby and the lobby restricted to 2 people maximum at any time. She then brought in a group of 4 which makes 5 including herself. After she got her key, she would have been directed at that time to another entrance with her party. We do not like to have to ask potential buyers, that they leave and wait outside. It should have been handled by her correctly. Roxanne Towers."
