"Hunter Barber worked with us in deciding what was best for us to resolve our water issues. We had to constantly clean our faucet filters of black sludge that appeared continuously. He drained our hot water tank of all existing “dirty” water. Then ran bleach through the water filtering system to clean out all waterlines throughout the house. Then flushed everything with clean water to remove any sediments or sludge in the pipes. He also cleaned all P-traps in each bathroom /kitchen sink to help get rid of the odors we had been experiencing daily. While installing the faucet for the osmosis system in our kitchen, he was very clean while drilling the hole in the granite by having a small vacuum to remove any debris while drilling. He also was very neat and professional, while running a line from the sink through several under counter cabinets To the refrigerator water system… Which assured us we would have clean water system and ice from the osmosis system installation. This eliminated the need for future refrigerator filters, which is a cost savings periodically. Hunter was on time, stayed with the project without wasting time, And was very knowledgeable about The installation. My husband watched during the whole process, and Hunter was very comfortable in answering various questions throughout the installation. We highly recommend Kinetico water systems to anyone having foul water, smells and sludge in their water. Also, their new system is more compact and does not take as much room in the garage as others in the past."
