I’m paying for services I don’t even have no one can give me an explanation on to when my water sewer pump is going to be installed mind you this was all set up in may my moms home is here and she can’t even move into it. It looks like I’m going to have to write a review almost everyday about how poor and badly the service sucks."

"My faucets get clogged up with black slime. Constantly having to take them apart and scrape the slime our. I realize my hot water heater is older but I can't even empty it through the drain Clogged up."

"we weren’t told we needed to set up our water when we moved into our new construction home (we moved from out of state and the city set up water automatically there). we came home on a saturday with no water and called to see what happened and they said they couldn’t help us until we set up an account the following monday. they refused to help us turn our water back on with an infant at home"

"Lost water last night at 10pm. Recording by GSWSA states they are aware of the issue and are working to restore the outrage. Well it's now 6:30am and still no water. Hey folks if you can't solve it in 8 hours then you need new workers. Unbelievable! They are building a new housing area near me and the past few months we have lost water due to negligence by these builders. I've been here 20 years and never had these issues in the past. Evidently companies are hiring inexperienced utility workers. One can't build without breaking a line and one can't fix an outrage in 8 hours. Get it together GSWSA!!"
