"I am extremely disappointed with my experience interviewing for two positions at Coastal Carolina University (CCU). The interview process was nothing short of a letdown, marked by a palpable internal hiring bias and an overtly cliquish atmosphere within the interview panels. It became evident that external candidates, like myself, were merely going through the motions to fulfill the university's external search requirement. The lack of transparency and fairness in the process left me disheartened and frustrated. It's abundantly clear that internal candidates are prioritized, making the external interview process feel like a charade. I will not be applying to this university again, and I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone I care about. I wish I could rate this place zero stars out of five. Chants down!"
