"It's a depot!! Expect what it is. Need a pop or water vending machine. Staff behind plexiglass window with back toward you. Stood there for 7 minutes awaiting just an acknowledgement. Beejeeebus!!"

"The rides are fairly cheap and however you can tell they're cheap by just how much the bus drivers tell you. They'll tell you that the bus is supposed to arrive at 2 :00 but you might be waiting there another hour because the other brush is late or has left early. It's good way to get around if you like waiting"

"We are retired. We don't mind long waits. They are trying to meet a need in an area where traffic and growth is exploding. Staff is very helpful. We have made some great trips and others that left us in a lurch. Seniors ride free, certain hours. That is a real help."

"MBTC Today’s review! May 28, 2023! People has been standing out here in the rain because the supervisor / manager lock the door to the lobby while they are comfortable and staying dry in their office…. A elder guy asks the manager to open the door and he replied in a boisterous manner saying he’s driving. What does that have to do with getting the lobby open?? This is beyond inhumane! DO BETTER! This climate can cause illness!"

"One of the reasons why I am writing this review is because I am going to an internship for credit to graduate from college, and most of the time I have been at least at most thirty minutes late, which is clearly unacceptable, and in the afternoons we are on the bus for an hour to an hour and a half on a mini bus, which I also find very unprofessional. I definitely think it is time for a different management team to come in and fix up this mess as soon as possible. I understand if things come up once and awhile, but this poor management behavior seems to happen more frequently especially when they have college students on a bus that have classes to get to. I have had read many reviews about this bus company being late, and it doesn't seem that this management department seems to have any concerns for any of their passengers that they are picking up for their designated locations. I am very aggravated, and angry with this behavior."
